  a. To improve the accuracy of the survey, participants can choose whether or not to provide personal information.
  b. This survey is good for two (2) minutes
• Buy any choice of Coffee and get 1 doughnut free.
  a. If the respondent will bring friends, 1 purchase of coffee and 1 doughnut will be given for free for the guest. Only ONE person will answer the survey from that group of friends.
• Go to the cashier to show your proof of participation in the survey to claim your free doughnuts.
